Day 1

Meet at meeting point: Your guide will meet you at the starting point: Liang Jia Xiang(梁家巷) metro station exit D(梁家巷地铁站D口), Metro Line 6, Street Level . The meeting time for morning class is 09:00am and afternoon class is 14:00pm, evening class is 17:00pm
Attractions and Activities: Chilli Cool China (Free entry) During this 4-5 hours unique cooking workshop, you'll be taken into an authentic local spice market to explore it with fun challenges to complete and learn different species of Sichuan spices and ingredients that will be used in the following cooking class. The class will be carried out in a traditional Sichuan style courtyard. You'll be treated with Sichuan local tea as it's local's custom to treat friends and visitors. After that, you then will be guided to start the cooking process by a professional chef in a cozy kitchen. The chef will teach you how to make Tofu from the beans with a millstone, you will know how to make soy milk and Tofu Brain at the same time. This is a really hands-on experience, you are not only learning tofu making but cutting skill and Mapo tofu cooking. Finally, you can enjoy the dishes made by yourself along with some beers or beverages.
