1. Foreign visitors, foreign seniors aged 65 or above, or children under 16 are not eligible for free deals at the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum!
2. If you need to upgrade your seat or have other seating requests, please inform customer support before booking! Any price difference will be adjusted based on the actual issued ticket.
THE GREAT QIN booking notices:
1. Non-real-name ticket purchase for attendees. Please bring your ID to enter the venue and present it upon request.
One ticket per person (seniors and children aged 5 and above also require tickets). Children under 5 and intoxicated individuals are not permitted. Admission is by ticket only with assigned seating, and there are no special passenger deals.
3. For safety reasons, seniors aged 65 and above, pregnant women, and individuals with claustrophobia, hypertension, heart conditions, or alcohol intoxication are not recommended to attend the performance.
4. Admission tickets cannot be canceled or changed within 24 hours before the performance; full refunds can be requested more than 24 hours in advance. Entry is prohibited 15 minutes after the performance starts and leaving midway is not allowed. No refunds or exchanges will be granted if you miss the entry time due to personal reasons.
5. After booking, the system automatically assigns seats which cannot be exchanged, and there is a possibility of non-adjacent seating within the same booking.
Performance notices for the great Qin
1. The entire performance lasts approximately 80 minutes. As the theater features movable audience seating throughout the venue, all late arrivals must be admitted by staff for safety reasons.
2. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the theater; food, beverages, colored drinks, and pets are not allowed in the auditorium.
3. Please set your phone to silent mode during the performance; photography and video recording are prohibited. Unauthorized professional cameras, video equipment, and aircraft are not allowed in the theater.
4. In case of emergencies in the theater, follow the guidance of on-site staff for a safe and orderly exit.
5. The theater provides luggage storage services for large items. Please keep your valuables with you to prevent unnecessary losses.
