The tour was very good. They contacted me months beforehand to ensure everything was in order, and we even booked another tour with them in advance, and it was personalized. The terracotta tile tour was good, and our guide was excellent. She was patient and attentive because we were a large group with two 80-year-old adults, and she catered to our every need. Our guide, named Phoenix, was very good. 100% recommended. She didn't rush us; everything was calm and relaxed. She also recommended a show for us to see and got us tickets. The show was awesome.

Our guide Chelsea was excellent. Very informative, clear in her delivery and was very professional in her dealings. Gave us enough time to see the exhibits and managed the group well.thank you Chelsea! Re our booking. Jo did not realise that I had booked a Chinese speaking guide . Thankfully I was allowed to change to an English speaking guide but had to incur an additional 70 yuan per pax. Perhaps the wording of the tour could be clearer as there is mention of English which I subsequently was told that it was only for the online service but the tour was with a Chinese speaking guide.

We also watched the Terracotta Show, which is an absolute must-see! The performance was so immersive that we truly felt like VVIP guests. Everything was well organized, smooth, and unforgettable. Luna was a great guide who was very helpful. She gave us a lot of time to explore as well! She also tried to make stories funny, which made the early morning better to handle.
