You have to look for Oriental Lounge at the airport and it's located 1 level up after you have cleared the immigration. Plenty of seats around and the staff will diligently come to clear the food tray away. One of the most value for money lounge I have been to as they serve a wide variety of food and drinks. This lounge is famous for it's beef noodles!★

I'm so glad I bought it in Japan! The place to buy it is right before the platform to go from the airport to Taipei, so if you just head in the direction of the subway, you'll definitely find it! If you show the QR code there, you'll get two cards. The first one is unlimited so you can ride without worrying, and the second one means you don't have to pay a separate train fare from the airport to Taipei, so I recommend buying one in Japan.★
