Important Notes:
1. The amphibious bus may be canceled due to poor weather or tidal conditions, in which case you can contact customer support for a change or refund.
2. Visitors can pull open the plastic curtains to enjoy the view outside. Please close the curtains when the bus enters the water to avoid getting splashed.
3. The guide provides commentary in Japanese.
4. Seats are randomly assigned by the system based on actual availability on the day (not pre-assigned).
6. If tickets are unavailable on the scheduled date, you may negotiate with customer support to change the train number or reschedule the date.

8. Each adult can bring one infant (0-3 years old). A child ticket is required for the second and additional infants.
9. Please note that the confirmation voucher will be issued on the booking date for reservations made within 30 days. For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, the voucher will be issued on the 30th day.
