The overall itinerary was somewhat rushed due to Japanese driver service time regulations. The Takayama leg of the trip was particularly tight, mainly because completing a meal and a full visit to the Takayama Jinya (traditional Japanese houses) within two hours was quite strenuous. Two hours was more than enough for the Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri village. The tour guide was very professional and nice, and his explanations were quite interesting. The group members came from all over the world, with mainland Chinese tourists making up about 10%, making it a very international team.

I've been to Japan countless times and taken many day tours, but this is my first time writing a review. First of all, the itinerary was excellent, but most importantly, our tour guide, Ms. Zuo Sha, was simply amazing. She promptly adjusted the itinerary, communicated effectively, and arranged the trip reasonably. She was warm and generous, possessing an encyclopedic knowledge of the routes and attractions. She helped everyone with planning for sightseeing, shopping, dining, taking photos… she arranged everything perfectly. Afterwards, she even kindly took me to the bus station to inquire about buying tickets to other cities. So thoughtful! There are not many team personnel, the Coster 18 is equipped, the driving is smooth along the way, the Chinese driver and the tour guide are equipped, and the tour guide to the attractions is very comprehensively introduced the classic characteristics, play time and meeting place. Very satisfied with a play experience, the upper highlands is really worth a visit.

The bus, with seats assigned based on who showed up that day, lasted 3.5 hours in Kamikochi. We took a few photos along the way, finally stopping at Kappa Bridge for an apple pie and some milk bread. We arrived just in time—we might have been too late to walk further. We'd been checking the weather forecast before departure, and we changed our schedule at the last minute based on the weather. It turned out to be a wise decision! If it had rained, it would have been cold, difficult, and the scenery wouldn't have been as beautiful.

Lin biao biao was very thorough and good tour guide .. he can speak in English and mandarin. He sent us a msg the day before and also at every stop to ensure we do not forget the meeting time. He gave us tips of places to visit and eat in Nagoya too! I think the only thing that can be improved is the bus, the seats were really cramped. No place to stretch my legs.

It's a bit far from Nagoya, but it's well worth it. It was a great way to do a light trek with the family. The autumn leaves and the perennial snow at the summit make it even more spectacular. Since most of the participants were English-speaking, our guide agreed to conduct the tour in English only, and we had no problems at all. ^^
