E-ticket Usage Instructions
When boarding, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to open the e-ticket link received after booking, show the e-ticket to the attendant (or driver), and press the "Use" button.
* Internet access is required when using the e-ticket, so please ensure you have a network connection prepared in advance.
Please note: Neither photo screenshots nor printed paper tickets are valid for use.
If multiple vouchers are purchased in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. Once usage begins, all vouchers will be consumed simultaneously. For individual use across multiple occasions, please make separate purchases.
To prevent unauthorized use, when opening the e-ticket in a different environment from the one used during your first access, the system will require OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
1. Please enter a valid email address that can receive messages, then press the send button.
2. Please check your email inbox for the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been classified as spam. If it is still not found in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Enter the OTP code from your email on the e-ticket screen and tap Confirm. If the code is correct, you will be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.
※Please note: Once the OTP verification is completed, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.
Important Notes
Children aged 0-5 can participate for free if they don't require a seat.
· The fee does not include the admission ticket for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM. Please note.
· Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
Each traveler can carry 1 standard-sized suitcase + 1 piece of carry-on luggage.
Seats will be assigned in order of priority.
· Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
· There is no restroom on the bus.
· Please note that you cannot board any departure time slot other than the date and time specified at the time of booking.
· During holidays or peak seasons, buses may not arrive on time due to road congestion or other unexpected situations. The activity supplier shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances. Your understanding is appreciated.
· Travel time may vary depending on road conditions. Please allow sufficient time and arrive early at the meeting point.
· Itineraries and fares may change without prior notice.
· If travelers miss the departure time due to personal reasons, they will not be able to board. In such cases, refunds will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
· Strollers and wheelchairs can be brought on board. However, non-foldable wheelchairs or special-sized wheelchairs are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding. Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a caregiver. Those without a caregiver will not be allowed to board. Thank you for your cooperation.
