Participation Restrictions

• This ticket is non-transferable and will be deemed invalid if resold.
• Child tickets are available for visitors aged 6–11 (elementary school students aged 12 can also use child tickets). Children under 6 can ride for free when accompanied by an adult.

Important notes before and during participation

• When using e-tickets, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. Tap the e-ticket link received after booking, show it to the driver, and press the "Use" button.
• * Internet access is required when using your e-ticket, so please ensure you have connectivity beforehand.
• Please note: Neither photo screenshots nor printed paper vouchers are valid for use.
• If you purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be consumed simultaneously. To use tickets on multiple occasions, please make separate purchases.
• To prevent unauthorized use, when opening your e-ticket in a different environment from where it was first accessed, the system will require OTP (one-time password) verification. Please follow these steps to complete the verification.
• 1. Please enter a valid email address that can receive messages normally, then press send.
• 2. Please check your email for the OTP password email. If you can't find it, it may have been classified as spam. If you still can't find it in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
• 3. Enter the OTP password from your email on the e-ticket screen and select Confirm. If the password is correct, you'll be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.
• Please note: Once the OTP verification is completed, the email address cannot be changed. Make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.

Baggage information

• You can bring baggage that meets the following restrictions: total weight not exceeding 10 kg, total volume not exceeding 0.027 cubic meters, and length not exceeding 1 m.

Wheelchair and stroller usage information

• You can park wheelchairs and strollers directly in the priority parking area without folding them. If the area is already occupied by other wheelchairs or strollers, or if staff determine that boarding may affect safety due to overcrowding, boarding may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, phone battery depletion, or unstable communication services, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during periods when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
• Recommended environment for e-ticket use: iOS 15 or later/Safari (latest version), Android 10.0 or later/Chrome (latest version)
• ※Even when used under recommended conditions, depending on your mobile device or environment, there may be instances where the service cannot be accessed.
