If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

•Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

•In case of force majeure, if SETE restricts access to all or part of the tower for more than 2 consecutive hours, refunds will be issued proportionally. No refund if the restriction is due to public authorities. For example, if the summit is closed, only the price difference between a summit and a 2nd-floor ticket may be refunded, as the 1st and 2nd floors remain available.
