Venture to the top of the highest glacier in Europe and behold panoramic views of the terrain that surrounds you. Enjoy an outing in the village of Interlaken, visit the Sphinx observatory, and ride a train that will elevate you 3454 meters to the zenith of Jungfrau.
Start your adventure at the Zurich Central bus station and hop aboard your air-conditioned bus. Enjoy a short and scenic drive to your first destination, Interlaken.
After a quick stop in Interlaken, board the Jungfrau rack train from Grindelwald. Take in gorgeous views and ascend 3454 meters.
Arrive at the top and depart from the highest altitude railway station in Europe. Take in views of the surrounding terrain from the zenith of the highest glacier in Europe.
Visit the Sphinx observatory which provides you with some of the best views you can get of the two most famous peaks, Eiger and Mönch. Wander into the heart of the glacier and walk through the ice tunnel to experience the “Alpine Sensation” that traces the history of the Jungfrau.
Once you get back from the top of the glacier, enjoy free time in Interlaken before taking a pleasant bus ride back to your starting point.
