Child: Age 1 to 17
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to take part in this experience
• Everyone on board must wear the provided life jackets
• Basic swimming skills are recommended but not necessary
• This tour operates in light rain, cloudy weather, or if there is a lack of wind; however, the tour may be postponed in the case of high winds, thunderstorms, or extremely heavy rain; any postponements initiated by the local partner will be rescheduled. The tour will also be postponed if the minimum nuber of participants (2) is not met.
