If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

You have to have some experience riding a regular bike. Balance, cornering and braking are a must.

The tours is up to 3 hours. Please allow extra time for travel from Queenstown centre to Frankton (30-45min).
