Itinerary Highlights
Embark on a remarkable tour that starts with a meet-up at either Laoshe Tea House (Qianmen Main Branch) or Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall (please check your booked time for the exact meeting point). After gathering with your expert tour guide, you'll head to Tian'anmen Square together.
Upon arriving at Tian'anmen Square, your guide will lead you to explore the area and introduce the magnificent surrounding buildings(view from outside), including The Great Hall of the People, The National Museum of China, The Monument to the People's Heroes and more. You'll learn about the rich history and significant events that have unfolded here over the years.
Next, follow your guide to walk through Tian'anmen Gate Tower and enter the world-renowned Forbidden City via the Meridian Gate. As the largest and best-preserved imperial palace complex globally, the Forbidden City is a treasure trove of Chinese imperial history. Your guide will take you to visit the most crucial scenic spots, focusing on the buildings along the central axis.
You'll explore three iconic halls in sequence: Hall of Supreme Harmony, where emperors held grand ceremonies and important state affairs; Hall of Central Harmony, a resting place for emperors before attending ceremonies; and Hall of Preserving Harmony, used for imperial examinations and banquets. Afterward, you'll proceed to the Inner Court, where you'll learn about the living quarters of emperors, empresses, and concubines.

The tour will conclude at the Imperial Garden. Throughout the entire journey, your licensed and passionate guide will share fascinating stories behind the Forbidden City, as well as details about the daily life of emperors, empresses, and other royal family members within the palace.
