▸ Indonesia C1 e-Visa: Applicable for tourism, visiting relatives, attending meetings and exhibitions, or transiting through Indonesia to a third country.
Note: Suitable for business visits with a tourism purpose. For purely business visits, it is not recommended to apply for this type.
▸ Visa validity: Usually valid for 90 days, single entry, and the length of stay is generally 60 days, subject to approval.
Note: The C1 visa can be extended once for 60 days, and up to two extensions can be applied (applicant must be in Indonesia). The maximum total stay is 180 days. If extension is required, please go through the manual channel. For details, consult a visa specialist.
▸ Other notes:
(1) If the applicant is already in Indonesia, please inform us in advance.
(2) Applications from blacklisted individuals (e.g. those with criminal records, deportation history, etc.) will not be accepted and will be directly refused.
2. Key Notes
▸ Previous visa impact: Applicants who have held an Indonesian work visa, regardless of whether it has expired, must complete the cancellation procedure before reapplying. Otherwise, the application will be stuck, the visa cannot be issued, and fees are non-refundable.
▸ The Indonesian visa system only keeps the most recent valid visa. If using a visa-on-arrival or other entry method during processing, the current application will be automatically rejected.
▸ If the system prompts “Residence permit already exists, unable to submit,” the applicant must pay the price difference and provide the old visa and entry/exit stamps. This issue may also be caused by a system error; it is recommended to use the manual channel.
