If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• Please note, the London Eye will be closed for maintenance from 5th- 19th January 2026, if applicable to your dates please amend your ticket to a non-London Eye bundle product as no partial refunds will be given
• The time slot booked is for entry to Madame Tussauds only

• It is recommended to book all activities in advance
