EasyCard Usage Guidelines
Please check the service hours of the exchange counter before booking to ensure they align with your flight schedule.
Booking eligibility: All passengers who wish to purchase concession cards should contact the redemption counter.
The card can be used indefinitely and is limited to one person per card.
To use the EasyCard function, you must top up the card in advance. The card itself cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is any remaining balance, you can request a refund at the information counter of any Taipei MRT station (a handling fee of TWD20 will be charged). Please note that once the balance is refunded, the card can no longer be topped up or used.
If your EasyCard is damaged during use, please contact the EasyCard customer support hotline at (02)412-8880 or bring the card to the information counter at a Taipei MRT station for processing.
Chunghwa Telecom SIM card usage notes:
This SIM card is only valid for use in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu regions.
This card can be used to top up call credits at all 7-11 and FamilyMart convenience stores in Taiwan before the expiration date (minimum top-up amount is TWD300). Any unused balance after the expiration date will not be refunded.

Based on network connection quality and fair usage principles, telecom companies may limit data usage for users who consume large amounts of data within a short period, without prior notice.
The phone must support SIM card insertion and removal, and must not be a China Telecom customized or SIM-locked device. If the SIM card cannot be used due to personal phone issues after redemption, a refund cannot be requested.
