How to use
The springs are open from 7.00am until 10.00pm. Last arrival is at 8.30pm.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

What's included: All-day access to 22 modern hot spring pools. Entry to the sauna, steam room, and plunge pool. Towel, bathrobe, and locker provided.
Important note
What to bring and other important information
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the springs
• Clothing such as t-shirts and shorts are not advised in the springs as they may be discoloured due to the high mineral content of the water
• Waterproof footwear such as thongs, sandals or slides are highly recommended throughout the springs and wet areas
• Footwear is required to enter the restaurant
• We recommend no jewellery in the springs as the minerals may cause tarnishing
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult around the springs and in the spa
• Infants are required to wear a swim nappy/diaper while bathing
• Alba is a place of tranquillity, therefore phones, smart watches and laptops are not permitted in our springs, spa or restaurant. Mobile phones can be used in reception and the car park
• Alba is a smoke free venue and premise, including all springs, spa, restaurant and the grounds.
