Top Experiences & Travel Essentials in Macau

Macau, a tiny peninsula on the southern coast of China, blends Portuguese heritage with high-gloss modernity. Once a colonial trading port, it has transformed into the “Las Vegas of the East,” with dazzling skyline, grand resorts, and UNESCO-listed old town. Things to do in Macau range from exploring cobbled streets lined with pastel-coloured buildings to watching the fountains dance outside the Cotai Strip’s luxury hotels. The famous Venetian Macau—with its indoor canals and opulent casino floors—is both a shopping paradise and architectural spectacle. And for those feeling lucky, the legendary Macau casinos offer the best entertainment late into the night.

The group tour arranged for the family, the overall trip itinerary is not bad. The biggest problem is the flight problem! The flight that departed was originally scheduled to depart at 9:50 that night, and it was delayed until 11:30. It was already 1:30 in the morning in Beijing (even if it was not delayed, this time to Beijing was already around 12:30 in the morning). This time is too much. At least take more pictures for passengers! The plane back to Shanghai was actually to Pudong, and it was only around 10:30 in the evening! I hope to notice the time of the flight. I can't determine the time when I book. It is best to choose the time and the airport. Others are OK. Although the plan in the original itinerary has been adjusted, it is quite suitable, but the tour guide's own project has arranged too much time, so this time the team basically spent more than 500 yuan for each additional self-funded project (excluding self-funded shopping).
