We took the bus from Changi Airport. It was cheaper if we didn't make a reservation. We booked in case there were no seats available, but if we hadn't, it would have been 1,500 yen cheaper. The bus departs from the coach bus area on the first basement floor. If you pay with cash, they won't give you change, so it's best to bring the exact amount. It costs 11 Singapore dollars (one way).
