I ordered this for my parents, and they said it was great. The air in Hainan is very good, with PM2.5 levels only in the 20s, and the scenery is also very beautiful.

I went on the 29th of the lunar year. There weren't many people, but there were also only four or five pools available. They also ran out of towels because the laundry company was closed. Perhaps due to the Lunar New Year holiday, the overall experience was just average and not very satisfactory.
