Was very sceptical about the trip since the temperature was to be about 0+2°C in Pamukkale, but everything turned out very good. In early January the place is not overcrowded, and the air/water temperature difference makes visiting the thermal pools area a true pleasure. The views of & from the pool are astonishing. The trip took us almost 13 hours, all tour info was sent in advance via WhatsApp, pickup was on time, and a special shoutout to Inci for her uplifting yet thoughtful tour guidance!★

The booking was done rather smooth and fast, made me worried i might be scammed. It was a last minute plan, made the booking less than 24 hours before the ride. Hayat was the staff who attended to me with patience and professionalism. I paid €85 for each person - 35 for booking and the rest was paid during pickup. On the day of ride, Artemis staff contacted me to confirm the pickup spot. We were taken there on a van. Before we started the ride, the pilot explained to use what were the safety steps and what to expect during the ride. Each balloon held up to 16 pax. The view up there was spectacular. Would recommend you to take the first ride for sunrise, instead of 2nd ride it would already be all light up. Overall it was a great experience 10/10 would recommend this company.★

Ahmed was a great tour guide... giving tips throughout the tour. Followed itinerary and lunch was decent. We did the boat ride option which was a nice relaxing way to wind down the afternoon.★

This was amazing value for money, we were picked up in a comfortable mini bus and delivered to the boat where there was lots of comfortable space to relax, and to move around. We anchored in beautiful places for swimming from the boat, and the crew were helpful, relaxed and friendly. Lunch was delicious, both fish and chicken freshly cooked with salads and bread. This was a full day out and had a roadside stop both ways at a quirky cafe. Just highly recommend and would book again anytime.
