I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but they contacted me quickly via WhatsApp, so everything went smoothly.
Jow, the jeep driver, was incredibly cheerful and energetic! His photography skills were also professional, so I was able to capture tons of incredible shots! I highly recommend him. Mal, our pickup driver, was also friendly and welcoming, which made for a great start to the day.
If I had to pick one activity that stood out the most in Bali, it would have to be the sunrise jeep tour. The sunrise from the top of the mountain was breathtaking, and it was a truly unforgettable moment. If you're planning a trip to Bali, I highly recommend the Mount Batur jeep tour!!!!★

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mel, my guide for the entire day, and her uncle Kadek, who drove me up the mountain and to the lava field in the jeep. They both took such amazing photos of me that my solo trip was absolutely perfect. I felt incredibly well taken care of and learned so much. They made my day absolutely perfect, and I wish everyone the chance to be accompanied by them. Mel even suggested another waterfall that was a bit quieter, which was great. We also had a really nice chat, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her. Thank you so much!★

This is a must do in Bali! Waking up at 2am was hard but it was so worth it. The view was amazing! That sunset brought on some emotions, it was absolutely beautiful! The black lava rocks were also amazing to see! The guide that picked me up in the morning was one of the kindest people I’ve ever come across, I happen to mention I like coffee and he made a quick stop at a local coffee place for me to buy the best coffee on the way back. The jeep guide was also so knowledgeable about the area and made the trip extra fun with some good music. Both went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy the day.Overall, it was a really great, once in a lifetime experience! If you’re in Bali and you’re not doing this, you’re definitely missing out!★

It was a day that definitely experienced the traffic jam in Bali. The guide always talked to us with a bright face and had a full day, although I couldn't go to two beaches due to time. I had a great day with the guide's excellent driving skills. It's a pity that I spent a lot of time in the car due to traffic jams.★
