A fantastic experience!
The customer service contacted us the day before our trip to inform us about the check-in counter and important information.
Lulu, the staff member at the pier, guided us around. She speaks fluent Mandarin and is incredibly nice. She reminded everyone to wait in the shade while queuing.
Our companion caught a cold midway through the trip, and we wanted to return to Denpasar early. She was incredibly helpful and assisted us in finding a solution – amazing! 🫶🫶🫶
The driver was also very nice, helping us with queuing and taking photos. While the crowds in photo 2 were huge, we quickly snapped the beautiful scenery in photo 3, avoiding much of the scorching sun!★

This was one of the most majestic views we’ve experienced - this was but one of the many highlights on our Bali trip. Our Jeep driver (and photographer) , Wayan was amazing! He was so patient, told us where the sun was going to rise from, took so many amazing pictures - he definitely has a photographer’s eye! We’ve added a picture to show his commitment to make sure the pictures were cutesy! And they were!🤏🏻Overall it was a 100/10 experience 🥹🌅★

I stayed at a hotel by the Kata beach, a group of four. The driver picked us up at 3 AM, and communication was smooth throughout. We also booked snorkeling. It took about two and a half hours to reach the Lovina meeting point, and we boarded the boat a little before 6 AM. There were four of us, just enough for one boat. Although there weren't many dolphins, we saw some, so it was worth the trip! However, this snorkeling experience was different from those in Thailand and Malaysia. First, after watching the dolphins, we went to the snorkeling area on the same boat, meaning we had to change clothes on shore. Second, the underwater world in the snorkeling area here was much larger and more diverse than in Semporna or Thailand. The snorkeling gear provided by the driver was all waterlogged! The driver, Joe, was also very responsible; I'm very grateful!★

It's convenient that all entrance and boat tickets are included, and we were accompanied the entire way. The trip was well organized. The return boat was a bit of a letdown; it took a very long two hours to get to the island, and we were very tired. Otherwise, everything was as expected.
