Great lounge at Gate D5! Perfect for smokers because there’s a comfortable outdoor area, which is super convenient before a long flight. The food selection was surprisingly good with lots of delicious Thai dishes, and even alcoholic drinks were included for free. Definitely one of the better airport lounge experiences I’ve had ✈️🍷

After placing your order, staff will contact you via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, follow the instructions on the WhatsApp message to the opposite side of Gate D5. Someone will be waiting to assist you through immigration; the process takes only a few minutes and is very quick and convenient. It is recommended to take a selfie before boarding and send it to the staff for identity verification.

Good to buy just to avoid crowds. For Singaporeans, buy one time for quick clearance, then you can use the automated gates subsequently.
