This was such experience and an amazing way to get to know the region and its history. We were originally booked for the 1/2 day tour and upgraded to the full day. I am so grateful we did because it would have felt rushed otherwise. Our guide was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made wine accessible and not stuffy for anyone in the group who may have been learning. The drive was incredible, the village’s picturesque and tranquil. It was like a journey through time. We visited two wineries, each very different but gave us a sense of all the region had to offer. Our guide made extra stops for us to take in the views and the lay of the land which was helpful in understanding how they classify their wines. Our two hours in Beaune was perfect. We had a leisurely lunch and then strolled the town. Stopped in a cheese shop that had amazing goodies. It was a perfect day. Thank you to our guide!

We had an excellent and informative day in the Cote de Beaune and Cote de Nuits with our knowledgeable guide, Fabien. The tour started with a helpful overview of the Côte d’Or vineyard, alongside maps and breathtaking views. We visited multiple producers—from small to large—all offering unique, terroir-driven examples and more helpful context. We tried close to 30’wines all together, mostly comprised of 1er and grand cru selections—even some barrel samples. A wine tasting experience unlike any other and well worth the price!

Our guide Emmanuel was fantastic. He is knowledgeable and passionate about the wine of the region (and wine in general) as well as being gregarious and able to get everyone in our group of 5 relaxed and involved very quickly. We tasted MANY wines and ended the day with a drive around the vineyards. We learnt a lot about the wine of the area, the importance of the land and soil where the grapes are grown etc. We also had a great lunch at a local restaurant - enjoying regional delicacies recommended by Emmanuel. We would highly recommend this tour.

My rating is five stars, but: Please only people who are interested in wine and its production, or who want to learn something about it. It's really just about wine. The electronic guide doesn't always work optimally.
