I really enjoyed our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for the area. Even though the bay area wasn't included in the tour the dude was able to give me directions. I would just suggest you include somewhere in the tour explanation that there is a separate tour for the bay area. Or maybe I was too excited and didn't notice it.★

The Abbey was closed because it opened at 10:00 AM and we had to leave at 10:15 AM. I would have liked to see the inside if the tour had started half an hour later, as we still had plenty of time to see the rest of the places on the tour and arrive back in Cardiff at a good time. All three castles were wonderful; I definitely recommend buying the pass to see all three since they are different and beautiful, and my favorite by far was the last one. Gareth gave us a lot of information about the places we visited.★

We knew absolutely nothing about the history of Wales before the tour and didn't know where to start looking or what we were really looking at. The hidden street art work was so cool - we'd walked straight past the bollards the day before. We now know lots about Wales thanks to our awesome guide James.★

Great story telling of the history of the cathedral. Spooky feel to the commentary and this is especially true if you take the tour when it is dark. I kept finding myself looking behind me just to see if anyone was there!
