Reviews: Chengdu Panda Breeding Base Ticket w/ Optional Transfer or Guide

In the morning, we visited the Panda Breeding Centre where we saw cute, lazy pandas big and small. We would have wanted to spend more time here to explore and find more furry friends but we knew we had other places to visit. In the afternoon, we visited the People's Park and saw what it was like to live in Chengdu. Lots of interesting stories and things can be seen. It felt like an immersion into the city. Our tour guide Andy even took us to an interesting commercial street and local market. Very very interesting.โ

Had an amazing day with Jerry playing some Mahjong, eating some local food and learning more about Chengdu! Jerry is super sweet and knows everyone around the local markets. Highly recommend this tour, definitely a huge highlight of my trip in China!โ

The tour was a fantastic experience and a trip to remember. Perry arrived on time at the hotel and we went to the Panda base directly via taxi. The scenery inside is beautiful and the walk around is great. I arrived early and the pandas were active and eating. Perry shared a lot of knowledge about the pandas throughout the trip and gave expert recommendations. I would highly recommend this affordable service to anyone who wants to see the beauty of the pandas ๐ผโ

We had this experience with Silvia as our guide. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole trip much more enjoyable and interesting than it would have been otherwise. Also, her availability to suggest local landmarks can't be fully appreciated until you experience her.
She directed us for instance to the local Tea Market and Embroidery museum & helped us to acquire beautiful local manufacture.
If you book this, ask for her. Five stars aren't enough, she deserves twice as many.โ
