The facility was clean, the staff were very polite, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing resort atmosphere. They carefully listened to the areas I didn't want touched and the areas I wanted massaged in particular, and they also provided a questionnaire in Japanese, so I was able to communicate even though I don't speak English. The treatment was so pleasant that I dozed off. The Khao Niao Mamuang served after the treatment was excellent.

The gold exfoliation and spa treatment was very comfortable, leaving my skin feeling non-greasy; however, the facial spa sessions were a bit lengthy. Next time, I'll just choose the body treatment and skip the face. A great place to come back to. I booked online in advance and checked in on the day. When I checked in, I discovered there were special offers available, making it cheaper than online.

Before my trip, I saw some recent photos of long queues at BKK airport's immigration customs... the crowds must have taken at least two hours... Since I had plans with friends that day and didn't want to spend too much time queuing, I purchased the express clearance service for the first time. It was super convenient and fast; it really was a money-for-time deal, and I highly recommend it. After placing the order, a Chinese-speaking customer service representative will contact you via WeChat to inform you of your arrival flight information. After meeting at the designated location, the travel agency will notify customs to release you... it's very simple.

It was a lovely day! We got to do so much through this tour and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As a heads up, the roads can have winding turns so make sure to take some motion sickness meds if you get car sick! Aside from that, great experience!


