It's convenient because you can find it right after exiting the departure hall. The staff was friendly and set it up quickly. The signal was decent, and I used it well. However, I was a little worried because my plan was suspended after 35GB, which was a bit of a concern. I was satisfied because the price was cheaper than buying unlimited data on-site.

We were able to activate our e-SIM card through trip.com customer support because we couldn't do it ourselves. However, the support team was very professional and polite. The SIM card worked perfectly—we easily used it to order a taxi and search online for information about Bangkok's attractions and restaurants. The photo shows the famous Pixel Tower, MahaNakhon (also known as King Power Mahanakhon), for which we also purchased tickets on trip.com.
