Mateo was the BEST tour guide!!! He was able to give us a really personalised tour of Communa 13 as someone who has lived there his whole life. We met his siblings and his mum!!! Ate some snacks made by the local food vendors and learnt about the history of the area. It really felt like an authentic experience of Communa 13.

Excellent tour. The history of the Guatavita case was very enjoyable, and visiting the colonial town of Guatavita is beautiful—a magical colonial town with a cathedral of gold and emeralds. The ascent to Lake Guatavita is a unique experience. But visiting the Zipaquirá Cathedral is spectacular, something unique that you can't miss. It's a marvel, something singular, a stroke of genius located 180 meters deep. Eating in a typical Llanero restaurant with Colombian cuisine is delicious and fun. But I think everything seemed easy thanks to our guide, Julian. Professional, friendly, responsible, and knowledgeable about everything. 100% recommend the tour.


