The itinerary before lunch was arranged with the tour guide, and the tickets were not sent to us. After the boat, the free activities were issued. Because several bridges are being repaired, it is a waste of time to go around. The place is not big, and the consumption is lower than other famous ancient towns. The price of group purchases is really favorable. I will continue to pay attention to it, and I hope Trip.com will push some new affordable lines.★

Sanxingdui is incredibly popular; the crowds were immense. Without a guide, I doubt I could have lasted three hours. Teacher Liu led us through the throngs, introducing each important artifact one by one. From the details of the artifacts to the excavation process, from the manufacturing techniques to the underlying cultural concepts and information about cultural exchange, he explained everything in detail – it was truly eye-opening! His explanations were insightful yet easy to understand, giving the artifacts various nicknames, making them anything but boring. At the same time, he was incredibly knowledgeable, citing original texts and different academic perspectives with ease, even incorporating the latest academic developments from June 2025 into his explanations. He constantly refined his presentation, keeping things up-to-date – I'm so curious how he does it! I took notes the whole way, but the sheer volume of information meant my notes weren't complete; I'll have to find more relevant materials to supplement them later!Trip.com Picks
