We cleared customs in Nha Trang in two minutes (both on the way in and on the way out). There were three planes ahead of us (900 people) at the entrance. Unfortunately, this service doesn't include expedited baggage claim, but the important thing is that even after we got our baggage, we left the airport hours before the rest of our flight. Excellent service! It's a shame it's not available in other countries.
