It’s super convenient for travelers or expats who don’t want to get a local SIM card just yet. The rates are affordable (nothing like those in Russia). I got a 2GB data plan, which was enough for regular use, ordering Grab rides, and making short calls. It worked perfectly in Ho Chi Minh City; in Nha Trang, the connection sometimes slows down now, but there’s always access. I recommend it!
