I traveled with my mother, who is 60 years old and wouldn't have felt up to a long and demanding tour to Korouoma. The family-friendly option was ideal; we took a nature walk to the waterfalls (there and back on the same road). The road was slightly uphill, but it wasn't a problem on the way back. We saw the waterfalls and then went to the barbecues to roast sausages and have a hot drink (tea/hot chocolate/coffee). Our guide, Carla, was a real plus to this experience, both because she spoke Italian like us and because she was very kind and helpful; she entertained us, took photos, and lit a beautiful fire. Thank you so much for making this surprise even more magical. We took the tour on December 8, 2025, and the landscape was completely snow-capped and the waterfall frozen. We even had a light snowfall, which made everything even more magical.

We went when the waterfalls were not yet frozen but the guides made it interesting for us by telling us the small details about the forest. We were the only participants and enjoyed the lovely hike in nature at our own pace.
