I loved making (and eating!) the pizza with the two chefs. I could not be happier with the experience and the recipes and cannot wait to get home and try on my own. I have already ordered the scraper that i need to complete this recipe (i have the fork!). I look forward toi many yummy pizzas with fond memories of my time with the Town of Italy folks!

The perfume masterclass was amazing. I had so much fun learning about perfume and creating my own. It was great to be able to create my own unique scent and the guides were very informative and helpful as well as hospitable. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who likes perfume!

The pasta sauces were amazing! To be clear about this experience, you are making 3 types of pasta with the dough. The instructor is making the sauce. This would be good for people who are home cooks and mostly beginners. You aren’t getting a full on culinary school lesson. Overall, well worth it and a good time! The staff was very nice and everything was well-prepared for the group.

Wonderful experience making a few different pastas. Great instruction and very interactive. Overall a very fun learning experience!!! I still use the techniques I learned in cooking pasta.


