We booked an English tour as there were unfortunately no German tours available for that day. The tour guide was very funny and his English was easy to understand. He was able to tell us a lot about the castles. Unfortunately, the tour inside the castle was extremely crowded, and we were constantly busy trying to find a place to stand in the rooms, so we couldn't see everything properly.

the driver was lovely and did what she could to helpy husband on and off the bus and we accidently got off at a wrong stop and she worked out where we were heading for and got us back on the bus. the trip was very informative and wished we could have gone around again but didn't have the time unfortunately

A super nice bus driver, and then a "live" guide on board who gave us a very competent introduction to Hamburg. We first took the entire bus ride and then rode again to get off at the sightseeing spots. All in all, a fantastic opportunity to get to know a city. Many thanks to these two super nice Hamburg guys...


