They picked us up quickly and on time. The bus was old and bounced around on every bump. The guide, Bin, didn't tell us anything about the history. They fed us deliciously and plentifully. At the end, they dropped us off at some half-empty store with outrageous prices.★

Wonderful experience traveling on this tour. The guide Ben, the man, was very efficient in coordinating and making sure everything went well, all while keeping the entire team entertained with his good sense of humor and singing skills. We were mostly on schedule despite being on a busy sunday and moody weather. Cycling in the village was definitely a highlight memory for me. And the climb of 500 steps to Mua cave was adventure unexpected. Thoroughly enjoyed overall.★

Everything with the tour was good, and the sites you see are beautiful! Phong was a good guide; he explained information about Ha Long Bay and Hanoi, and was always clear about logistics (like where we were going and how long it would take to get there). The lunch and snacks provided were delicious. Some of the logistics were unclear from the *** listing and could have been communicated a little better ahead of time, but the organizers respond very quickly on Whatsapp to all of the questions I had so this wasn’t a problem. ★

Actually this is a bad experience since nothing is confirm after booking! At the end the guide asked for paying electric car! The cable car need to buy by ourselves even I asked the guide to buy for us at the beginning. The guide at the end said we need to buy for ourselves. The steps are quite high, for a short guy as myself I can not go down to the cave! Very bad experience to book this tour
