After purchasing, I was able to communicate via LINE immediately, which was very smooth. On the day, someone holding a placard with my name on it immediately called out to me, probably because they recognized me as a Japanese person, so I didn't have to search for my name among the many placards. It was quite crowded due to the early morning flight, but I was able to enter the country in less than five minutes. It's definitely worth using if you have a busy schedule behind you.★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

The G8 Cabin Sleeping Bus is the best. On September 2nd, traffic restrictions were implemented in the Old Quarter for the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's Independence Day, making it difficult to use almost all transportation. Thanks to Hang from the G8 Happy team, I was able to safely complete my trip to Sapa. Thank you again for your review. Booking the G8 bus through Trip.com was quick and easy, and everything from the reservation and support to the condition of the G8 Cabin Sleeping Bus was excellent. The G8 bus was also very clean and the massage service was excellent. If you're considering a bus trip to Sapa, I highly recommend using the G8 bus.★
