Spent too much time on bus driving around and would’ve preferred stopping for lunch for an hour in town to view shops and watch the quokka’s as we missed out on this because we had to catch the ferry. We saw some in the wild but had to trek through scrub so not easy for some of the elderly or physically challenged people. Commentary was good and lunch was ok but eating on the bus while driving around was messy and awkward. Tunnel tour was well done so was train trip. Perhaps if we arrived to island on the first ferry it would be better value for money and not so rushed.

The tour guide is fantastic, simply knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the island's history, wildlife, and natural beauty. She makes the experience informative yet fun, providing interesting facts and stories while ensuring everyone is comfortable and engaged. Overall, the combination of seamless booking and an exceptional guide makes for a memorable experience on Rottnest Island. Just to take note: the bus for this tour is red in color, and away from the bus stop area.
