Everything was fantastic! This is our first time in Hanoi and we were recommended to visit Ninh Binh. We were looking for a tour in a hurry that evening. After booking, they contacted us immediately and provided all the information we needed. They even offered to pick us up from our hotel. We were in a group with people from different countries, and it was very interesting. We had an excellent guide who explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and entertained us along the way. We made rest stops along the way with the opportunity to buy souvenirs, and the included lunch was amazing with its variety. I can't imagine anything better for the money. Highly recommend!★

I booked solo trip for Ninh Binh Hóa Lu, Trang An & Mua Cave. It was nice get away from the city. Their tour company was great and tour guide Hank was polite and knowledgeable. First we went to Hóa Lu old capital by bike from the restaurant that we will have a lunch. It was amazing to ride bike between mountains, although it was short 20mim. The lunch is buffet style just as described. The boat ride and Mua cave site was beautiful. I would suggest fellow travelers who want one day tour their company as schedule timing was on point. But I won't suggest summer time to travel to Vietnam it was freaking hot and humid not very enjoyable♨️★

At first, I noticed that the bag with my passport was gone on this tour, and I thought about canceling it on the bus, but I showed the guide a smartphone note written in English and contacted the hotel. It was. The hotel replied that I forgot my bag at the reception. As a result of the sincere response from the guide, I was relieved that I didn't have to cancel. The schedule was changed due to the convenience of Baidin Temple, but I also pushed the schedule after this tour, so I personally was good. The Chang An boat tour took two hours in the hot weather, and the woman who boarded the same boat seemed to dislike the heat, but I really enjoyed it. The experience of taking time to go through such a real nature by rowing boat was a valuable experience because it was impossible at any tourist destination in Japan. When I saw the Mua Cave in the photo, I wanted to go to the top first, but I was able to conquer the top of the mountain ２ on the day. It was a considerable exercise, but it was a very meaningful experience.★

This was my first time on a package tour. I rode a bike to a temple, listened to explanations, and enjoyed the scenery. I also rode a boat and climbed a mountain. The scenery was truly beautiful. The guide was friendly and charming.★
