1. Booking was very convenient; same-day reservations were available. 2. The service was exceptionally good. The entrance is only a couple hundred meters from the cruise ship, yet they even provided free electric scooters. Once at the cruise ship entrance, staff members helped us find our seats – so thoughtful! 3. The scenery from the ship was absolutely stunning, so I took tons of photos today :) 4. The magician performed magic tricks, and it was close-up magic! He performed for our table first, hahaha… his technique was amazing! 5. The staff were all very attentive; I felt completely at home. 6. Tonight's experience was absolutely fantastic! A huge thumbs up!

I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.

I heard a lot of people say the lines are long because I was arriving late at night, so I used the VIP Fast Track, and it was a great choice. Upon arrival, a staff member was waiting for me right away with my name, so I didn't have to worry about getting lost at all. While the regular line was quite long, the Fast Track line allowed me to enter almost immediately, so I cleared immigration quickly. They even guided me to baggage claim, which made my first day much more comfortable. It made my tiring first day of travel much more manageable. I highly recommend it, especially if you're arriving during peak airport hours or on a weekend.
