However, at the Sheung Wan Ferry Pier in Hong Kong, a QR code is required for boarding. This means passengers must exchange their identification at the counter or find the QR code in their email before boarding. This instruction is misleading and almost impossible to keep up with. It is recommended that the instruction manual be clarified to avoid inconvenience to passengers.
