The Airport Express, with its technological convenience, sets the stage for a perfect journey. No cash needed, no language barriers—just a tap on your phone to enjoy the entire experience. As the train traces an elegant arc across the Tsing Yi waterfront, the skyline unfolds like a scroll painting outside the window. The 24 minutes are not merely a spatial shift, but a magnificent transition of emotions. This unhurried arrival experience imbues your Hong Kong trip with poetry from the very beginning.
Reviews: Hong Kong Octopus Card for subway and bus travel [includes HKD 50 balance, pickup at airport/Kowloon]

Getting it at the airport is quick and easy. My account immediately comes with $100. But the card itself raises questions... because you can't use it everywhere—you still have to carry cash. It was also a surprise that the card can go into overdraft. And the minimum top-up is $50, which is very inconvenient. Also, the terminals don't accept bills smaller than $50. Forget about using change at ATMs with this card.

Very nice. But too much people in the lint to Tram. We back down by taxi. Need to wait in line about 40 minutes.

An extremely useful thing in Hong Kong, you can top up your account with money at various stores (for example, 7-11), they accept it everywhere, both on public transport and when making purchases.

Hong Kong Trip - Airport Express Airport - Tsing Yi - Kowloon - Hong Kong Four stops. After getting off the plane, take the express to Immigration. After clearing immigration, you'll see signs. You can buy your ticket on KKDay beforehand and board directly. Show your mobile voucher to scan the QR code when exiting the station. Very convenient. It takes about half an hour to reach Hong Kong Station (near Central). Read

Easy to redeem on the Hong Kong FunPass app after purchase. You can select from a variety of options for each category base on your needs. It is cheaper than purchasing each separately and more convenient having all options on one platform rather than visiting multiple websites/apps. After booking the activity, some will generate a QR code for you to scan for entry at the attraction. Best to screen shot the QR codes, especially if you have a group of people, so you do not need to wait for it to load at that point and hold up the queue.
