It is so efficient and easy to use. Just use the QR code and you can get on the airport express without any difficulty. However, the ticket price is not attractive if one is not a traveller. It is more expensive in comparing to Octopus or other travel agent. I purchase the single ticket from trip,com just because my trip coins are going to expire soon.
