The first problem arose immediately after booking and receiving our boat ticket: in the "nationality" field, despite us indicating Russia, the ticket stated Germany. We spent a long time communicating with the website's support team, then directly with the service provider. They eventually corrected it, but again, they incorrectly indicated the nationality. We had to contact the provider again. But the most frustrating thing was that upon arrival in San Francisco, we also had a transfer to the hotel, and it turned out we weren't alone in the car and the driver was waiting for another passenger, as is how they schedule transfers. I believe the service provider, Tanis, should include this information on the product page—it's important. There are no complaints about the boat or the transfer from Penida to San Francisco. Everything was on time and efficient.★

Overall, I was very satisfied with the Switzerland segment. The only downside was the group meal in Interlaken, which was the worst part of the entire trip, but there was plenty of free time. The travel time was also manageable. The Spain segment was a bit rushed. There wasn't much time to shop. It felt like a battle. I was a little tired, and the travel time was too long, resulting in a waste of time.★

The food is of high quality and tastes authentic. The environment is very comfortable. The king crab is fresh, sweet, and meaty, and the desserts are varied. My favorite is the salmon, which is thick, meaty, and delicious. I often make reservations there; it's clean, hygienic, has a beautiful environment, and is conveniently located.
