Booked 2 weeks ahead of traveling to Jiuzhaigou. Driver very friendly and drove carefully. Clean and comfortable SUV. It was a very comfortable travel towards Jiuzhaigou even though lots of sharp turns. every now and then.★

A day trip to Jiuzhaigou by high-speed rail was well-planned. Driver Huang drove steadily and provided detailed commentary on the scenery and travel tips along the way, reminding us of precautions for high altitudes. We successfully visited all the must-see spots in Jiuzhaigou, with excellent timing and no unnecessary expenses. The saying "After seeing Jiuzhaigou, no other water scenery compares" is truly fitting; the experience was excellent and highly recommended.★

It was a great place that responded immediately to my questions. In particular, they did their best to provide immediate assistance when I had to make a sudden change. The driver drove comfortably, and the vehicle was clean. If I visit again, I will definitely book here again. I highly recommend it.★

I arrived on time, but there was a lot of large-scale construction going on near the station, and there was a lack of signage after exiting the station. Also, due to ongoing construction, I had to walk quite a distance to reach the pick-up area. Perhaps the experience will be better once the construction is complete.★

We waited and boarded the bus at the "Picture" stop in the National University parking lot.
The driver was informed of the bus number and our name the night before, but with so many buses coming and going, most tourists, like me, were probably anxiously waiting, worried about getting on the wrong bus.
Anyway, when the bus arrived, the driver got off to inquire, and the response via WeChat at the window was quite quick, so we boarded the service smoothly.
