We had an amazing day trip to Charyn Canyon, Kolsay Lake, and Kaindy Lake! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized from start to finish. Our guide kept everything on schedule without feeling rushed. Charyn Canyon was breathtaking — the views were stunning, and we had plenty of time to explore and take photos. Kolsay and Kaindy Lakes were equally beautiful, each with its own unique scenery. We especially loved the clear blue water of Kaindy and the peaceful atmosphere at Kolsay. One of the highlights of the day was the lunch at the guest house. The food was delicious, homemade, and comforting — it truly felt like eating at home. The warm hospitality made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a perfect trip: smooth, enjoyable, and very well planned. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

I used it in China and Sri Lanka. I downloaded it in China, but I couldn't use it properly. I got help from a Chinese guy in his 20s, and luckily I was able to connect just as I left the express train's Wi-Fi area. I think it's important to check if it works at the airport and when the airport Wi-Fi is cut off, but I think it was a good idea. I extended my trip, so I purchased it for a slightly longer period, so this was also good.

This tour was absolutely fantastic, and I’m really glad I chose it. I had a wonderful time. The schedule was well-organized, with plenty of time at each attraction. Our guide, Noor, was knowledgeable and caring. I was picked up from my hostel and dropped off afterward, which was very convenient. The horseback riding was a unique experience for me, and I was also lucky to have such great fellow travelers. Altogether, it made for a truly special day. I highly recommend this tour. Everything works! I added an eSIM card at home, and the internet worked as soon as I landed in Dubai. Although there's internet everywhere here anyway, I bought it for Bahrain, so I hope the internet will be great there too!

It works in a lot of countries, the price isn't anything amazing especially depending where you are traveling but it is convenient. I would recommend getting 1gb per day and be prepared that the coverage isn't great.

I was flying in transit and spending a day in Astana. My carrier charges me almost three times as much for roaming and my meager data plan. Based on reviews, I got an eSIM here and was very happy. Everything was fast, easy, and convenient. The connection quality is completely satisfactory; I'll definitely use it again! I didn't have to contact customer support.
