Fun, fantastic experience! Food was good, performers were great: very talented & entertaining. Being in an authentic, historically-rich, medieval castle was such a bonus. Vegetarian option available. Hotel lodging available very close to the castle & folk park - walkable.

Mary Lou was our guide and was very organised texting to ensure we knew where to meet. Her English was impeccable and she covered everything in great detail. The walk was very doable however given the Cobh is very hilly and steep in parts perhaps not for the very immobile. All main areas covered and she gave us plenty of ideas regarding further exploration of the area as well as recommendations for food and drink. The view points were amazing and plenty of added information about local celebs were added. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending this tour which will certainly give you an excellent overview of the town if Cobh. Thank you Mary Lou 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was a complete experience: we visited the old distillery and finished with a tasting. The guide was clear and precise. Overall, the tour was very well organized. Highly recommended!

We booked the extended tour—at two hours, it was significantly longer and more interesting than the standard tour. Our guide was perfect—explained a lot, and there was plenty of time for questions and photos at all the places we visited. The three tasting stops within the distillery were very nice. Overall rating: absolutely worth it.


