Pablo spoke loud and clear. There was no room for misunderstanding. Instruction and time were conveyed perfectly. He gave great and funny history speeches and was very nice to the customers. A special mention goes to Bruce, our tour leader, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, well-organized, and engaging throughout the day, sharing interesting facts and stories that brought each location to life. Bruce made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying the experience, which made the tour run smoothly from start to finish.
