Touring Macau's major resort hotels while on a bus is incredibly glamorous and impressive, with a completely different charm than during the day. It's an early January night, and it's incredibly cold. I recommend wrapping up a long scarf to protect your hat from flying away. I arrived at the Outer Ferry Terminal 30 minutes early, but the line was already long. Arrive a little early to secure your preferred seat. This is a highly recommended itinerary for viewing Macau's sparkling nightscape.

After several twists and turns, I finally got to have a buffet dinner at mezza9. Besides the excellent dining environment, the food quality was superb. I was especially satisfied and grateful for John's explanations and attentive service that evening. Truly a worthy addition to the Grand Hyatt Macau brand!

There are oysters 🦪 crab feet, pippi shrimp, green mouth, scallops, frozen shrimp, sushi 🍣 elephant plucked, fish raw spindle raw, hot dizzy, cold pot hand-teared chicken, cold cut cheese ham, and foie gras sauce with biscuits. Close to 10 fresh cakes, desserts and turtle paste, drinks with soda juice coffee, ice cream is a pot of your own pen how much pen how much pen.


